A Value-Creating Partnership: Diodela’s Progress in the Polish Market

At the beginning of this year, the Diodela team took part in the Open Days organised by Solution Trade in Poland. During the event, we presented our technologies, demonstrated the equipment under real operating conditions and discussed how our solutions could be applied to a range of manufacturing processes.

Direct conversations with prospective customers gave us a deeper understanding of the needs of Polish industrial companies. We gained valuable insight into the technological challenges they face, the results they expect and the key factors they consider when investing in new equipment.

The event also allowed us to move beyond a general presentation of our technologies and focus on specific manufacturing applications. Together with visitors, we explored how Diodela solutions could be integrated into existing production processes, which operations they could help improve and what technical requirements would need to be considered before implementation.

From Initial Contact to Tangible Results

The connections made during the Open Days soon developed into concrete business opportunities. Following the event, we reached an agreement for the rental of a demonstration pulsed laser cleaning system. We also discussed several potential DIOCELL projects, including their technical scope and possible acquisition options.

One of the contacts established during the event later resulted in another successful sale. This confirmed the value of direct communication, professional equipment demonstrations and consistent follow-up in building long-term business relationships.

Our discussions with customers also revealed clear interest in customised laser solutions, particularly where the technology can be integrated into existing manufacturing processes. These conversations helped us better understand what local companies are looking for and what information they require before making an investment decision.

A Strong Foundation for Further Cooperation

Solution Trade plays an important role in this process. Operating across Poland, the company distributes metalworking equipment and provides sales support, training and technical services.

The active involvement of the Solution Trade sales team, technicians and management contributed to the smooth organisation of the event, the professional presentation of the equipment and productive discussions with prospective customers.

The agreements reached and the sales completed after the event demonstrated the practical value of this partnership. Cooperation with Solution Trade provides a strong foundation for further strengthening Diodela’s position in the Polish market.
